Cross Over 2014

Camp CROSS had 600 participants in the fourth year of existence. With teams that have so far come from Slovenia, Austria, Cyprus, Switzerland, Montenegro, Romania, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Polish, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia, this season we were joined by players from Greece, Turkey, Italy and Canada.

Prof. dr. Nenad Trunić held several lectures that are closely monitored by the trainers from all over Europe.

Promoters of the camp this year were interesting. We were visited by an NBA champion, a member of the Detroit Pistons, who won the NBA trophy on 1989 with this team. Rick Mahorn left a big impression on the campers. See pictures of his visit on our facebook page.

Danilo Anđušić, a member of the Bilbao Basket and Djordje Drenovac from Igokea visited our camp together and thrilled attendees, but also coaches with their his skills. See also on our facebook page how they managed.

Top players practiced at the camp such as Nafsika Stavridou from Greece national team, our national team member Dragana Gobeljićand member of Virtus Bologna, Stefan Nikolić.

For the first time our camp was followed by SOS TV Channel

This season we introduced individual training in the program, which is led by one of the most promising coaches in that field Srba Samailović.

Aside from basketball, young players enjoyed the parties in the area of the camp, organized excursions to the Water Park in Arandjelovac, the city pool, lake and park Šumarice, visit to the largest aquarium in the Balkans, the museum and the modern amusement park Arena.
